Yvan Cliche

Yvan Cliche has worked 28 years at Hydro-Québec in public affairs, international development, and electricity contract management (wind, biomass).

In early 2020, he joined Université de Montréal’s Centre d’études et de recherches internationales (CÉRIUM) as a senior energy researcher. Since then, he has authored more than 60 media articles on this topic in various Quebec and French media.

In October, he published a book (publisher: Fides) on energy geopolitics, which is currently available in Quebec bookstores.
