I purchased an in-person ticket but in accordance with current health measures, the event can only be held virtually. What happens in this type of situation?
Regardless of the pandemic situation, the event will be offered in virtual format. In the event the Symposium cannot be held in Montréal, all in-person tickets will be converted to virtual tickets. The balance of the cost will be reimbursed to the credit card that you used to purchase the ticket. An administrative fee of 15% will be charged.
Do I need to have been fully vaccinated (two doses) to be able to attend the event in Montréal in person?
Yes, as stipulated by the Government of Quebec, conferences are one of the activities that require a COVID-19 vaccination passport. In-person attendees of the Transition Solutions Symposium will have to provide proof of vaccination by means of a vaccination passport as soon as they arrive for the event. If you have not received both doses, you may participate in the Symposium virtually.
What measures has Nergica’s team put into place to limit the spread of COVID-19?
Nergica is committed to acting responsibly by following all applicable government directives. The health and safety of employees, participants and the local community are our top priority.
You contracted COVID-19 and are unable to attend the Symposium in person. What happens in this type of situation?
Your in-person ticket will be converted to a virtual ticket. The balance of the cost will be reimbursed to the credit card that you used to purchase the ticket. An administrative fee of 15% will be charged.

The link will be sent to you a few days prior to the event.
Is parking and the cost of a locker rental included in the registration fees?
No, these costs are not included in the registration for the Transition Solutions Symposium.
Does the amount indicated on your website include tax?
Non, the amounts indicated do not include the GST or the QST. These will be added onto your bill.
Do you offer discounts if we register multiple participants?
Yes. A 25% discount is offered for registrations of three or more participants. The rebate will be automatically applied as soon as you register three or more persons.
Will I receive a confirmation after I register?
Yes, you will receive an automatic confirmation as soon as you register. If you haven’t received any notification after a few hours, check your spam box.

How do I get my bill?
Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive your bill by email.
Will I have access to the presentations given by the guest speakers?
In order to optimize interaction with participants, no PowerPoint presentations will be used at this event.
